The offshore partner for
Australian dealerships.

Vision

To create self-driving dealerships that are leaner, faster and smarter.

Mission

Forge high-quality talent with cutting-edge technology to make it happen.

This was our first time looking at offshoring, and Cruise Control were professional and made the whole process seamless. The candidates were extremely strong — so much so that we’ve since brought on a third RP. All three are making real contributions to the team — not to mention the dollar savings.

Adam Mears · Dealer Principal · Parramatta Motor Group

What’s impressed me most about Cruise Control is the way they constantly review KPIs, measure RP output, and help us find efficiencies. They don’t drop an RP into your business and walk away — they stay in it with you. Their understanding of the motor industry makes them easy to work with.

Craig Burgess · Dealer Principal · Craig Burgess Motor Group

We’ve used offshoring partners before, so we knew what to look for. Cruise Control stood out from the start — they help us scale fast, genuinely understand what we’re doing, and never compromise on quality. From sourcing through to onboarding and ongoing management, they handle the lot. They’ve raised the bar on what we expect from an offshoring partner.

Back office costs are growing faster than dealership revenue.

The market reality for Australian dealerships right now: onshore wages keep climbing, regional fill rates are collapsing, and Chinese OEMs are flooding the new-vehicle market with cheaper inventory. Margin compression is structural, not cyclical. Offshoring is the solution.

Frequently asked questions.

The questions dealer principals and operators ask us most often. If yours isn't here, a Discovery Meeting is where we answer it.

01How quickly can a placement go live?

Six weeks from signed brief to seated Remote Professional, end-to-end. Calibration meeting up front, English-first screening, a shortlist of candidates you interview live, and a co-ran onboarding into your tools and induction.

02What roles do you place?

Finance & deals, accounts payable / receivable, dealer financial reporting, deal processing, service advisors, customer service, executive admin, warranty and claims, and bespoke specialist briefs. If it sits in the back office and can be done well from a desk, we can place it.

03What happens if a placement isn’t working?

It’s our problem to fix, not yours. The CSM owns delivery, so underperformance gets caught early on the daily KPI dashboards. Replacement is at our cost, and we carry the recruitment hours, not you.

04How is this different from a generic BPO?

We’re Australian-owned and automotive-only. RPs are full-time contractors on Independent Contractor Agreements through our Singapore entity — not gig workers, not shift labour on a call-centre floor. The talent pool is the entire Philippines, not commutable BPO zones, and every placement is recruited specifically for your dealership.

05How are data security and privacy handled?

Singapore-contracted via PRP Ltd. Data protection mapped to the Australian Privacy Principles, documented and auditable on request. Scoped VPN access, CC-managed equipment, devices wiped on offboarding — nothing stranded, no rogue access.

06How is it priced?

Per-RP monthly fee, all-in, no hidden line items. Payroll, leave, HR, equipment, redundant internet, UPS backup — all carried by us. 30-day notice either side, fully reversible.

07Will the RPs feel like part of our team?

They onboard into your tools, your induction, your processes — we map onto how you already operate. Daily KPI dashboards visible to your team lead, weekly huddles, fortnightly ops check-ins, monthly formal reviews. A hand on the wheel, every day.
